Thank you to all of you who read the blog with gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">While there have been many exciting, informative and prescient posts on the blog &#8211; including calling the market bottom back on March 12th &#8211; this is not what I consider to be the blog&#8217;s first year highlight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Nope, instead my usage statistics suggest that about 30% of you spend <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">more than an hour a week<\/span> on the blog (!). This is truly stunning, and for me the highlight of OUR first year. Even though I am the writer behind the blog, I say &#8220;our&#8221; because without all of you there would be no point to me publishing the blog. Thank you for your interest in my humble ramblings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This posting is the 245<span id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_0\" class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">th<\/span> out of 365 days. That means that there is a posting 2 out of every 3 days, or every business day. That takes dedication on your part and mine, too. I feel that a nice symbiotic relationship is developing. The forthcoming year will most likely see a huge expansion in readership because my long awaited book is most likely going to be published next year. With that there will be a big publicity push and the blog is central to that strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">So count yourselves among the early adopters of what I am confident is a good thing: <span id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_1\" class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">ze<\/span> blog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Much respect and deep thanks to all of you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Jason<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today marks one year since I first put fingers to keyboard and began writing the blog.
